Shipping:
 Products are shipped ground.  Some products may be available for  2-day or overnight shipping if preferred.  Please contact us if you need express delivery to see if the product you want is available.
 
Personalized and Special Order Products will have a delay in shipping while the product is being custom made.  We will notify you when you order how long to expect for delivery. We will then notify you again when your order is shipped.
 
Certain items, such as larger furniture pieces, which are unusually heavy, require extra care and incur a Delivery Surcharge.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery.
 
Sales Tax:
No sales Tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Kansas.
 
Returns and Exchanges:
Stylish Home and Gift is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction.  If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item unused and unaltered in it's original packaging for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item.  Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 days. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue you a credit.  If we receive yur return without a return authorization number, or after the allowed 10 days, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your product will be sent back to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.  You should consider sending all returns via insured mail to protect against loss or damage.
-We cannot refund shipping costs, and if the item was covered under our free shipping offer, the shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-Any personalized or custom designed products , or made-to-order products, require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned.  Items that are "made to order" and "non returnable" are identified as such in the product description which will state "this item is custom made especially for you upon order."  If you wish to cancel a custom order, you must do so within 2 business days of your original order date.
